Production Design Assistant
Sock Club is looking for a Production Design Assistant to join our creative team and help us deliver the highest quality custom socks in the promotional products industry. Known for our attention to detail, fast turnaround times, and standout designs, we're seeking someone who can help our designers keep the creative pipeline moving, without sacrificing quality.

You'll collaborate daily with our in-house Sock Production Designers, plus our Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams, to prepare production ready files for our mills, handle design revisions, and prep design assets that keep our socks looking their best from concept to customer.
Responsibilities:
- Design Support: Assist Sock Production Designers with design revisions and asset creation, including logos and templates.
- Prepare Files for Production: Prepare artwork for production, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Quality Control: Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements before sending to production.
- File Management: Organize and maintain our digital asset libraries, creating new icons, patterns, and artwork to add to our robust asset library.
- Creative Problem Solving: Offer innovative solutions to design challenges and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Time Management & Pace: You'll juggle multiple tasks throughout the day, balancing urgent requests while ensuring projects move efficiently from design to production without delays.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements. Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Operations, and Marketing) to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Team Support: Jump in where needed. Help with overflow work, cover tasks during absences, and share ideas to improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Adobe Products (Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus: Print production experience
