About the Role
The Operations Coordinator role is responsible for the daily success of our end-to-end order lifecycle from manufacturing through delivery. Based in Austin, TX, this early-to-mid-level role reports to the Operations Manager and is ideal for someone who likes daily team and vendor collaboration, digging into the ‘why’, and driving scalable improvements across our supply chain.
If you're early in your professional career with at least one year of relevant industry experience and are looking to expand your knowledge base, this is an opportunity to grow your skill set in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate on programs that directly impact customer experience while helping drive operational excellence.
In this role, you'll be at the center of our production operations by coordinating daily workflows across a network of suppliers, supporting cross-team and continuous improvement initiatives. No two days look exactly the same, but most start with a team huddle to align on priorities and set daily strategy. Mornings are typically hands-on: managing vendor and team communications, balancing order schedules, and approving production of our unique, custom products. Afternoons open up for focused, independent project work that directly supports our team KPIs and seasonal OKRs.

Execute and improve our speed advantage in the custom made-to-order market.

Strategic Initiatives
Contribute to and lead initiatives to meet operational objectives, improve KPIs and reinforce Sock Club’s value proposition.
Develop new processes, tools, and automations to optimize our team, vendors, and supply chain.
Analyze data to develop operational insights to inform strategic decisions.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience
1+ years of industry relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, logistics, or supply chain management
Excellent communication skills, with a proactive approach to vendor management and cross-functional teamwork.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable shifting priorities quickly and responding to changing business needs without missing a beat.
A results-driven mindset, always looking for ways to simplify, speed up, and scale what's working.
Comfortable working with and presenting data to shape insights that inform day-to-day decisions.
