The Role

Sock Club is seeking an Operations professional to join our small, yet mighty, Operations team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, has a technical aptitude, and is excited to problem solve, each day. 

In this role, you will influence and shape how we do our best work by coordinating with our domestic and international suppliers, as well as leading a variety of efforts across our sales, design, marketing, and engineering teams. 

Your Responsibilities include: 

  • Lead daily production coordination by active management of our orders and suppliers from approval through delivery 
  • Execute and improve our speed advantage in the market 
  • Deliver our final value proposition to our client’s through timely order execution and diligent quality control  
  • Strategically manage production costs and opportunities to maximize profits 
  • Outline opportunities and execute new processes, tools, and automations to optimize our team, vendors, and supply chain efficiency 
  • Effective and timely communication to Sock Club team’s and client’s regarding production timelines and products
  • Prompt review of internal and external errors, with follow through on resolution

You are:

You have experience: 

  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to plan and execute projects
  • Analyzing, interpreting, and making decisions based on data and statistics
  • Creating project initiatives including supporting financials, timelines, and cost analysis
  • Balancing several projects simultaneously
  • Developing insights-driven quantitative analysis or predictive models using Google Sheets, Excel, or other. 

Helpful skills, but not required*

  • You have familiarity with SQL*
  • You have previous B2B experience* 
  • You have promotional product experience*
