The Role

Sock Club is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our small, yet mighty, Operations team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, has a technical aptitude, and is excited to problem solve, each day. 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Client Samples Program, including fulfillment, inventory management, and client communication. The ideal candidate will be a team player, highly organized, efficient, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. 

Responsibilities: 

Samples Fulfillment & Program Management

  • Process and ship client sample requests same-day (by end of business)
  • Provide personalized solutions for custom sample inquiries
  • Maintain accurate tracking records of all sample requests and fulfillment status
  • Manage and optimize on-site sample inventory levels
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Order and maintain appropriate packaging materials for samples
  • Track regular performance reports for the samples program
Subscription Store Fulfillment & Program Management
  • Process and ship store orders same-day (by end of business)
  • Handle customer inquiries related to subscription shipments, providing timely resolution
  • Manage and optimize on-site subscription product inventory
  • Identify and implement process improvements for the subscription store program
  • Generate and analyze regular performance metrics for the subscription store
Business Operations Support
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels for all in-office products
  • Perform regular inventory audits and forecast future inventory needs
  • Collaborate with the Operations team on inventory replenishment
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations for Sock Club teams
  • Support general business operations and administrative tasks, including fulfillment of our Donations program, as needed

Qualifications: 

  • 1-2+ years in fulfillment, shipping, inventory management, or related operations role
  • Familiarity with order processing systems, CRM databases, and shipping software 
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Customer service orientation with a commitment to exceptional client experiences

Preferred, but not required: 

  • Familiarity with shipping logistics and carrier management
  • Knowledge of inventory management best practices
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role
  • Background in retail, e-commerce, B2B, or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with promotional product industry

Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs 
  • Capability to stand, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Salary: $50,000
