About the Role

The International Operations Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end success of our international order operations. From coordinating global fulfillment to strengthening relationships with overseas partners, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building systems, solving challenges, and creating structure that supports growth.

You won’t manage people, but you will lead the entire international process and level us up. You’ll be the go-to expert across the company for international orders, trusted to bring clarity, confidence, and continuous improvement to everything from vendor communication to cost and freight optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage international order workflows from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service at every step.
  • Strengthen and maintain global vendor relationships, setting expectations and holding partners accountable to quality and timelines.
  • Design and refine processes that support growth, streamlining production cycles, shipment tracking, and communication workflows.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Sales and Customer Experience teams to ensure international options align with client needs and expectations.
  • Monitor freight costs, timelines, and shipping performance to identify efficiencies and unlock margin improvements.
  • Stay on top of international trade regulations and ensure all documentation and processes are fully compliant.
  • Develop and create new quality products based on client demand
  • Track key performance indicators across vendors and lanes, and share actionable insights with leadership.
  • Explore and evaluate new production partners or sourcing opportunities to keep our international options strong and scalable.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert for everything related to international fulfillment, guiding internal teams through complexities with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications:

  • 4 - 6 years of operations experience, with at least 1- 2 years focused on international supply chain or global logistics.
  • A track record of owning and improving complex workflows. Especially across time zones, cultures, and production teams.
  • Strong vendor relationship skills and experience with negotiation, communication, and performance management.
  • Comfort navigating the details of international freight, shipping, and customs requirements.
  • A results-driven mindset. You naturally look for ways to improve, simplify, and optimize.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially across teams with different goals and timelines.
  • Experience with pitching new project initiatives including supporting financials, timelines, and cost analysis
  • Developing insights-driven quantitative analysis or predictive models using Google Sheets, Excel, or other.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
