Director of Sales
At Sock Club, we make more than just socks - we help companies build unforgettable brand experiences. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a proven sales leader to own our Small/Medium business (SMB) segment.
As our Director of Sales you’ll lead an inbound sales team that turns one-time buyers into loyal brand advocates. This role blends strategic leadership, team development, and hands-on sales execution to drive revenue, retention, and long-term customer value.
What You’ll Do
- Own the SMB revenue engine: Lead strategy and execution to expand our SMB segment and increase repeat purchases.
- Manage a team of high-performing sales reps: Currently three reports.
- Improve conversion and retention: Optimize lead qualification, nurturing workflows, and client lifecycle touchpoints.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing and Product to ensure seamless lead nurturing and customer experience.
- Coach & develop talent: Mentor your team through data-driven feedback, playbook building, and strong sales process execution.
- Use data to drive performance: Build reporting structures, track KPIs, and continuously identify opportunities to increase efficiency and revenue.
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 7+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- Have 3+ years of leadership experience managing customer facing sales teams.
- Have a track record of scaling revenue through customer engagement and sales initiatives.
- Are a hands-on leader who can coach, inspire, and step in when needed to close deals.
- Know your way around CRMs (we use HubSpot), sales automation tools, and team performance dashboards.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Competitive Pay: On Target Earnings (base + commission): $120,000–$140,000.
